Omnicom Precision Marketing Group (OPMG), the digital and customer relationship management (CRM) specialist group within Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE : OMC) today announced the appointment of Olivier Rippe as CEO of OPMG France.
Rippe is currently President of Proximity Paris and also leads BBDO Paris as Co-President, alongside Valerie Accary, and has served as both since 2015. With over 10 years’ experience in IT Consulting and media, he has lead business for high profile brands including Canal Satellite, Ikea, P&G, Mars, Mercedes Benz, Ubisoft and Krug.
His appointment takes immediate effect and Rippe will pick up responsibility for Rapp as part of his expanded OPMG role. Rapp will continue to operate as a separate entity.
Rippe joined Proximity Paris as GM of the digital department in 2004 before working his way up to Managing Director and then President.
Omnicom Precision Marketing Group is the newly formed OMC division delivering personalized moments at scale via its member agency networks: RAPP, Proximity, Organic, Targetbase and Javelin.
