Internship - Digital Product Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated ​Digital Product Manager to join our Procter & Gamble team at Proximity BBDO as an intern. Do you have a passion for building data-driven Products? The Product Manager will be working with the Product Management team and will have the following responsibilities:

  • Assist the Product Management team for Product’s performance against agreed KPIs

    - Assist in defining the why, when, and what of the Product that the production team builds according to the roadmap
    - Own with the Product Manager some Product features through their entire cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
    - Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on features’ performance and find opportunities for optimization and improve the Product
    - Help drive the Product’s KPIs and prioritize resources with the support of the Product Manager and feature releases to reach the Product’s business objectives with the support of the Product Managers’s team
    - Work with the performance & analytics team to measure the impact of new / enhanced features (usually measured through A/B tests)

  • Assist with the planning, briefs, requirements, and functional specifications for new/existing Products

    - Create plannings
    - Create functional specifications / Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure an excellent user experience for the Product
    - Assist with the coordination of the creative and technical resources for new/existing Products / Work with the technical team to help guide feature development

  • Assist with various tasks related to the localization and deployment of new features on worldwide P&G markets. Create tools and documentations helping local country agencies to understand and localize feature innovations/optimizations.

  • Assist with the everyday coordination and organization following P&G Worldwide decisions 


  • Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken), with at least minimum spoken French
  • Experience with digital projects/products and agencies
  • Passion for Digital Products / Datas
  • Proven ability to learn fast
  • Must be rigorous and have excellent organizational / prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, innovative, proactive problem-solving
  • Skilled at Office tools / experience in creating presentations destined for clients (in English)
  • Skilled at analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Knowing wireframing tools such as Axure is a plus
  • Must be a team player - supportive, reliable, with an ability to work within an international team

    Full-time, 09:30 - 18:30, Monday through Friday.
